can (11 oz) canned corn with peppers
can (15 oz) black beans, drained
can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted
packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
cups sharp cheddar, shredded
bag Food Should Taste Good™ chips (blue corn or jalapeño Flavors)
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, mexicorn, black beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and cheddar until smooth.
Serve immediately with chips or cover and store in fridge until ready to serve.
