and that's how my potato dish changed:) that's why the stages were a bit mixed ... but the result was ... a TASTY dish.
- 1 pork heart
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- 200 ml of tomato juice
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- parsley

RECIPE PREPARATION Potato dish with pork heart:
I peeled the potatoes and cut them into larger pieces. I boiled them.
Onions, carrots, peppers are cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Put 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
When it has hardened a bit, add the tomato juice. Leave it on the fire for a few more minutes.
The pork heart is washed, cleaned, and cut into small pieces. Fry in a little oil.
Add the onion with the tomato juice to the potatoes.
Add the pork heart. Add the salt.
We mix everything slowly.
Let it boil for 30 minutes or until the potatoes and pork heart boil.
At the end add pepper and parsley.
