I received fresh and good green beans. What to do with her? It's like I don't really like soup and other foods, so I stopped for a salad with mayonnaise. We like it a lot :).
- 600 g green beans
- 1 yolk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- oil
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 cloves of garlic
- salt

RECIPE PREPARATION Green bean salad with mayonnaise:
We clean the beans and boil them in salted water. I boiled it in a steamer. After it has boiled, drain it and chop it finely.
Separately we make mayonnaise from yolk, mustard and oil (or according to everyone's favorite recipe). Add the cream at the end and mix well.
Mix the chopped beans with mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Season with salt and serve.
