I really missed a chicken soup after so many spring greens. I also added some broccoli (from the freezer, as I already told you that I started spring cleaning in the freezer). A delicious soup came out.

  • 1 piece chicken breast with bone
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 piece of celery
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt
  • peppercorns

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken soup with broad noodles and broccoli:

We put the well-washed chicken breast to boil in a pot with enough water to cover the meat and to cover it with 2 fingers. We froth as many times as necessary until the meat turns white and no longer foams. Add whole onions, cleaned and washed. Celery and carrots cut into suitable pieces. Add the bay leaf and peppercorns and simmer until the vegetables are soft. Lower the bowl.
Drain the soup through a sieve,
In the soup juice, which we put back on the fire, add salt to taste, the meat on the bones, and the carrots. Fill with water if necessary, and when the juice starts to boil, add the pasta.
After 2 minutes add the broccoli. Boil for another 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Serve the soup with finely chopped green parsley.
